Here, we meet - to be inspired, to share, to commune, to heal.

Welcome

spring.

This photo was taken on Big Island, atop the lava fields, where you’d find these bright colored ferns, sprouting out of barreness. I chose this photo to share for Spring because of the vibrant color and for the notion of resilience and growth it exudes. In Hawaiian traditions, ferns and are associated with rebirth and growth, much like the Spring season. This particular fern is known as kupukupu, and kupu means ‘to sprout’, further signifying places of learning, or sprouting knowledge.

It is my hope with this website as a place of gathering, that we find ways to be together, sharing our experiences, as we all collectively learn, grow, and heal.

We begin the season with Vernal or Spring Equinox, and for the entire season, we will learn ways to support ourselves and one another.

So join me, all season, as life too moves in seasons, as does healing.

Press PLAY and leave me a message.

Also known as DJ TittahByte to all those that know the vibe.

She’s put together a playlist for us (press PLAY) as we celebrate the beginning of Spring. May it move you to clear out all of those areas in your life that need Spring cleaning, and at the very least, may it move your body.

I think healing ourselves is a start to heal the world.

Not too long ago, I sat down with Anthony Wong after not seeing him in person for years. We actually never had many interactions in person however I always felt connected to him, his work, and his overall approach to Life.

I am so grateful that he agreed to have a Conversation with me so that we can reconnect, share life updates, and also so that all of you can gain some insight on this deep thinking and feeling individual.

After our Conversation, I was reminded of what it means to be a person of integrity and also how to be clear in one’s expression.

Click below, for clips from our Conversation, sharing more from our talk as Spring continues to bloom. We’ll discuss the general principles of Chinese medicine and how they relate to Spring and the changing of seasons. Anthony shares ways to optimize this time for our well-being and also ways to increase our self awareness.

Healing is…

Timeless principles.

So fortunate to be able to share with all of you the gift of Beth Ricciardone.

Relax, and allow her to guide you to the awakening of your heart as she utilizes the alchemical energy of sound, breath, and of the Spring Equinox.

She reminds us of our true nature, like nature, ‘as we bloom from the rich soil of our experience’.

"The art of healing comes from nature, not from the physician. Therefore, the physician must start from nature, with an open mind."

– Paracelsus
